Harmonic Residence is an NDIS Provider in South East Queensland, serving participants aged 5+ and up. Our team are specialists in care, whose focus is Capacity Building through learning. Our work revolves around functional improvement of life-skills which can allow for never-before-realised possibilities of independence. We use evidence-based strategies and frameworks to guide our services, as we strive towards enhancing the potential and outcomes of every participant.
